The quality of the work was solid. He also seemed to really care about how he left things, that it looked great, and that I was pleased with the end product. I know from personal experience that finding residential contractors, especially carpenters, can be tough – it really is an art as much as it is a trade, and he sees it that way, and it shows the way he approaches his work. I felt like his pricing was very reasonable, as well. I would definitely recommend him for any carpentry project, and lighting modifications. He also pitched in and helped me with a couple of basic handyman type things that I had tried to do myself but got stuck. They didn’t take long, but he was glad to do it and that was surprising and genuinely helpful. If ever have a similar project in the future, he’s the only person I’ll call.
