He completely re-did the cabinetry work and opened it up exactly how I’d envisioned but even better. I know from personal experience that finding residential contractors, especially carpenters, can be tough – it really is an art as much as it is a trade, and he sees it that way, and it shows the way he approaches his work. I felt like his pricing was very reasonable, as well. I would definitely recommend him for any carpentry project, and lighting modifications. He also pitched in and helped me with a couple of basic handyman type things that I had tried to do myself but got stuck. They didn’t take long, but he was glad to do it and that was surprising and genuinely helpful. If ever have a similar project in the future, he’s the only person I’ll call.

Francisco and his team have worked on two door related projects at two different properties and did an outstanding job at both places. Problem solved the issues quickly, and the first time was under budget. We’ll absolutely use them again for other handyman related issues.

Francisco Lopez built / installed custom walnut kitchen countertops, and walnut shelves and cabinetry for an area that was previously a wine bar. This involved installation of a new sink, faucet, and reconnecting all the plumbing afterwards. He also installed recessed & pendant lighting in my kitchen and formal dining, and made / painted and installed new drawer fronts and cabinet doors, painting all the cabinets too.He was consistently on time, on schedule and on budget. Once he started my project, he did not pull off the project to go deal with something on another job, which happens a lot with some contractors.He was in communication with me about what the “goal for today is…” which I appreciated.
